How do I book a play session or event at KidZone?
Booking a play session or event is easy! Simply visit our Booking Page, select the activity you’re interested in, choose a date and time, and fill in your details. Once you complete the payment, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your booking details.
Can I reschedule or cancel my booking?
Yes, you can reschedule or cancel your booking up to 24 hours before your scheduled session. To do so, log into your KidZone Membership Dashboard or contact our support team. Cancellation fees may apply for last-minute cancellations.
Do I need to book in advance, or can I walk in?
We highly recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot, especially on weekends and holidays. Walk-ins are allowed but subject to availability.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and online banking transfers. If you prefer to pay in cash, you can do so upon arrival, but advance booking is still required.
Are there any discounts for group bookings?
Yes! We offer special discounts for groups of 5 or more children. For larger groups or private events, contact our customer service for custom pricing.
What happens if I miss my booking time?
If you arrive late for your booked session, we will do our best to accommodate you in the next available slot. However, we cannot guarantee rescheduling during peak hours. No-shows are non-refundable.
